Review: I didn’t expect this product to be water-based—I thought it would be matte, but it wasn’t. What satisfied me, though, is that it’s non-transfer, which I didn’t expect. It really lasts a long time, as long as your lips don’t dry out. Since I have dry lips, I always apply lip balm first.
